Herndon / Reston Youth Lacrosse Divisions

2010 Teams will be fielded based on the number of players at each age level.

2009 Teams were fielded in the following divisions:

Boys U15
Boys U13
Boys U11
Boys U9
Girls U15
Girls U13
Girls U11
Girls U9

Herndon / Reston Youth Lacrosse plays in the Northern Virginia Youth Lacrosse League and follows the following age guidelines for youth divisions:

U-15 - Birth year 1995 and 1996
U-13 - Birth year 1997 and 1998
U-11 - Birth year 1999 and 2000
U-9 - Birth year 2001 and later

In each age division, based on the number of players and skill level of those players, we enter multiple levels of teams:

A Teams are for advanced players
B Teams are for intermediate players
C Teams are for beginners

Note: Under US Lacrosse guidelines, 9th grade boys and girls NOT playing for a high school program will be permitted to sign-up for the Spring 2009 season. These players must be born in years 1994 and later.
